RingBackly

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RingBackly ("the Service"), operated by Subspace Digital LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RingBackly provides an automated missed-call text-back service for businesses. When an inbound call to a business number registered with the Service is not answered — because the line is busy, rings out, or receives a call outside configured business hours — the Service automatically sends a text message from that business's number to the caller, acknowledging the missed call and inviting the caller to reply by text or request a callback. The Service also delivers replies between the caller and the business.

2. Messaging Terms & Disclosures

By registering a number with the Service, the business consents to receive service, alert, and billing messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from these communications at any time by replying with the word STOP. For help, reply HELP. By agreeing, you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which explain how we handle your information.

3. Accounts, Billing & Cancellation

Accounts are billed monthly in advance at the plan price shown at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-month refunds are issued except where required by law. We may suspend accounts with failed payment after a grace period and notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages, harass recipients, or violate any law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier messaging policies. We may terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Service Availability

The Service depends on third-party telephony carriers and messaging gateways. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for missed text-backs caused by carrier outages, number porting delays, or events beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or indirect damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account, and continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
