This Privacy Policy describes how RingBackly ("RingBackly," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Subspace Digital LLC, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our missed-call text-back service.

The Personal Data We Collect

Business account information — business name, contact name, email address, and phone numbers you register with the service.
Call event data — phone numbers of callers to your business line, timestamps, call duration, and missed-call status, used solely to trigger text-back messages.
Message content — the content of text messages sent and received through the service.
Billing information — processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Any personal information that we collect (as identified in the "Personal Data We Collect" section) will not be shared with third parties.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data above only to operate the service you signed up for: detecting missed calls to your number, sending the automatic text-back, delivering replies to you, and billing your account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

RingBackly sends text messages only in response to an inbound phone call to a business using the service — messages are never sent to numbers that have not first called that business. Text messaging consent is collected through the business customer's account setup and reinforced on the customer's own intake forms.

Message frequency varies and depends on call volume.

Data Retention & Security

Call records and message content are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized operations staff.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We honor all opt-out requests immediately and maintain internal do-not-contact lists.
